It is a great pleasure to invite you to Workshop Week 2027, taking place from April 22 to 24, 2027, in Düsseldorf.

With its unique hands-on format, Workshop Week has evolved into the largest practical gastroenterology congress in Europe. We are all the prouder that the 2027 event will officially be presented as an international congress. Our goal remains as ambitious as ever: to offer you a broad, high-caliber range of courses at a global level, all in one place.

The dynamic growth of Workshop Week was highlighted by last year’s success, when we welcomed participants from eleven different countries for the first time. To meet this growing international demand and provide you with an even more attractive, state-of-the-art learning environment, we are moving our main location to the RR Corporate Event Hub at Areal Böhler. With its spacious, flexible areas, excellent parking facilities, and urban industrial charm, this location perfectly complements our innovative learning concept.

The well-known and popular Friedrich Conzen Haus from previous years also remains part of our setup. This venue will host the sonography courses as well as the Skillbox, launched in 2026—a complimentary, modular advanced training concept for IBD and GI Oncology conducted in German.

Together with our partner hospitals (Evangelisches Krankenhaus Düsseldorf, University Hospital Düsseldorf, and Helios Klinikum Krefeld), we offer over 40 courses and around 600 places across three days. The proven concept of parallel workshops and endoscopy courses with an individual focus will continue. Exciting evening symposia, live demonstrations, and morning sessions round out the program, offering you the ideal opportunity to gain direct hands-on experience with the latest technologies.
